St. Joseph University (SJU), located in Tamil Nadu, is a distinguished institution under the umbrella of DMI Foundations, Chennai, which was founded by Rev. Fr. Dr. J.E. Arul Raj in 1984. DMI Foundations is a philanthropic organization supported by the dedicated efforts of the DMI sisters and MMI fathers, with operations spanning 13 countries, including the USA, Germany, and Africa. St. Joseph University is part of an extensive network of schools, colleges, and universities managed by DMI Foundations, which prioritize not only academic excellence but also personal and social development.
